We are so excited to send you a release full of wines perfect for your upcoming summer hangouts and gatherings! We included two brand new wines: 2022 Ehrlich Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from Oakville and 2021 Merlot from the Muir Hanna Vineyard in Oak Knoll. These whites and rosé are the very first releases from the 2022 vintage. If there were one word to describe this vintage, it would be: warm! Like 2021, there was a low amount of rainfall in Napa Valley in 2022. Despite that, the vineyards of Trois Noix experienced remarkably high yields in both white and red varietals, as well as outstanding quality. We credit this to the responsiveness and diligence of our growers.

While most of the summer months were moderately warm, a record-breaking heat spell overcame the valley on Labor Day, which lasted for nearly two weeks. Fortunately, we had already picked most of our fruit by then, which locked in the acidity and nuance that we love in our wines.

New Recipe Alert – Brûléed Orange and Peach Salad with Burrata!

Sweet peach, bright citrus and fresh burrata are the perfect accompaniment to our brand new 2022 Ehrlich Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc! The refreshing acidity of the wine complements the bright citrus flavors of the brûléed orange and the juicy sweetness of the peaches.
