By joining the Trois Noix Wine Club, you agree to the following club terms: 

There is no cost to join the club. Membership is for a minimum of two yearly club shipments, and members may cancel their membership after receiving their second regularly scheduled wine club shipment. All cancellation requests must be made through your online account or submitted in writing to [email protected] and be received prior to the billing of a regular club shipment. Members are responsible for all orders that are billed to their account prior to the notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to charge for any benefits or discounts received if cancellation is made prior to receipt of two shipments.

Wine club membership must be active and in good standing (no skipped club shipments and a valid credit card on file) in order to be eligible to redeem wine club benefits. Declined credit cards are cause for automatic termination of wine club account if a timely response is not received to emails or calls requesting updated information. Benefits are non-transferrable and the Wine Club Member must be present to redeem benefits.

All advertised shipment prices are estimates only and do not include applicable shipping fees and taxes. Prices, wine selection included in each shipment, and release dates (timing of shipments) are all subject to change. Your credit card will be billed prior to the release of the Club Shipment, and details for shipping or will-call dates will be sent to the email associated with your account. Will-call members must pick up their shipment within 30 days of the release date, or it will be shipped to the member at their expense.

All wine orders must be placed and received by a person 21 years of age or older and verification of age is required at the time of delivery. If wine is returned or redirected as a result of the inability to provide age verification, outdated address, or missed delivery attempts, all associated costs will be the responsibility of, and charged to, the member.

Members are responsible for keeping their addresses up to date for shipments. Updates can be made through the member online account portal or by emailing [email protected]. Address updates must be received prior to the processing date of a club shipment.We cannot ship to PO Boxes and shipping regulations vary by state laws.

The complimentary tasting experiences are limited to the number of people per membership as outlined in the membership benefits. Tastings can be mixed & matched between locations at the redemption value of 1 Wheeler Farms Tasting = 2 Feast It Forward Tastings.

Discounts on wine do not apply during special events. Discounts on non-wine merchandise exclude gift cards, tasting fees, event or experience tickets, or club memberships, and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
