A blend of 57% Sauvignon Musque and 43% Sauvignon Blanc, the 2020 Sauvingon Blanc has a very floral nose of elderflower, candied white peach and honeydew over a core of lemon peel with a waft of matchstick. Medium-bodied, crisp and pure with vibrant, mouthwatering acidity and lots of delicate layers; it has a long steely finish.
